Quest is an innovative fitness studio that promises you a better way to workout. 

What if we told you that your workout could be fun and challenging at the same time? At Quest, it is our priority to help you get the most out of your movement. We are a group training facility with a focus on functional exercise, which means our workouts prepare and challenge your body to move in the way it's actually supposed to move (think alignment, balance, bending, lifting, turning). Our team of awesome trainers design short, efficient workouts that allow you to burn fat and increase muscle mass quickly. This means you have the opportunity to see real-life results fast! We acknowledge that every body is different, and we're here to support, encourage, and challenge you on your personal journey toward a healthy expression of you. We have a lot of fun here, too. As far as we're concerned, the word "boring" doesn't have any place in your fitness practice.

Classes

All of our classes are fun, engaging, and challenging. tHEY CHANGE EVERY DAY, SO YOUR MUSCLES DON'T GET BORED (AND NEITHER DO YOU). the length of our classes varies from 35 minutes to 1 hour, and we are firm believers in the efficiency of High intensity interval training (H.i.i.t.). H.I.I.T. ALLOWS YOU TO BURN FAT, LOSE WEIGHT WHILE YOU RETAIN MUSCLE MASS, AND INCREASE YOUR METABOLISM.

Fitness & Nutrition Tips

Move.

Cardiovascular exercise will torch calories, but resistance training is vital if you want to burn fat. Boosting your muscle mass increases your metabolism, which means you burn more calories all the time, even when you're not working out.

Eat.

Take it slow. The way you eat is just as important as what you eat. Eating mindfully and chewing each mouthful properly may help you eat less without feeling deprived. Try not to multitask while eating. Stop eating when you're satisfied, not when you're full. Be present in the moment and savor every bite.

Drink.

Many people are chronically dehydrated, which has negative effects on physical performance and the organs of the body. All muscles and cells, especially brain cells, function more effectively when they're hydrated.
